At Eluxria, we strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition and within a reasonable timeframe. Below are the details of our shipping practices:

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this information to track your shipment.

International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and Eluxria is not liable for such fees.

Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will refund the order minus shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Eluxria is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
